Umay Okumuş joined Sayın Law and Consultancy in 2020 and is responsible for all payroll and personnel transactions as well as quality management processes of our growing staff.

Our large call center staff involved in debt collection operations is responsible for carrying out the duration, quantity, efficiency, satisfaction, complaint audits of the interviews, reporting them at regular intervals, as well as managing the test search processes within the scope of problem solving and information adequacy audits.
